How is the cost of services defined?

Our DevOps as a service pricing depends on the number of engineering hours required to perform on time the scope of work defined in a roadmap. We work on a monthly fee paid in advance for the planned number of hours.

The cost of services during the implementation stage can be fixed provided that acceptance criteria are set. However, if the defined scope of work changes during the implementation stage this requires additional cost review and approval.

The option of incident management 24/7 is paid additionally.
